Electrical components: Electrical components are roughly divided into control screens, electrical switches for various safety circuits, etc. They are the brain and central nervous system of elevators, and are responsible for the start-up, operation, and door opening and closing of elevators. Therefore, they must be treated as a top priority in daily maintenance work. It is best not to short-circuit the elevator circuit in the control screen during work. When the elevator door system malfunctions, some people short-circuit the elevator door for the sake of convenience in order to find the fault. This is very dangerous, and short-circuit doors are the most common accidents. Why? If a person opens the hall door and sticks their head inside, and the elevator runs up or down to this point, and the hall door is short circuited, the elevator cannot stop, so an accident is highly likely to occur. So in our daily maintenance work, we must never short-circuit the safety circuit. If we must short-circuit, we must identify which safety component has a problem and which safety component needs to be shorted. After maintenance or emergency repair, we must promptly remove the short-circuit wire.
Mechanical components:
1. Cleaning and lubrication of elevator car guide shoes. Everyone knows that the guide shoe runs on the guide rail, and there is an oil cup on top of the guide shoe. In order to prevent the elevator from producing friction sounds during operation, it is necessary to regularly add oil to the oil cup and clean the guide shoe, and also clean the cabin thoroughly.
2. Maintenance of elevator hall doors and car doors. Elevator malfunctions usually occur on the elevator hall door and car door, so attention should be paid to the maintenance of the hall door and car door. One is to add oil to the upper shelf of the door to maintain good lubrication, so that the elevator will not make unpleasant noises during operation and door opening. Pay attention to the inspection of the safety touch panel or light curtain type touch panel switch wire of the elevator, because the frequency of elevator door opening and closing is high, which can damage the switch wire. This requires maintenance personnel to inspect it during each work, and replace it in advance if necessary, so as not to let users doubt the quality of the elevator product due to door problems.
3. The traction machine of the elevator needs oil lubrication. There are two scales on the outer cover of the traction machine. Open the oil nozzle to check that the oil should be in the middle of the two scales. If the oil is below the lower scale, it means that the traction machine should be refueled. If it is not refueled, the elevator will not receive good lubrication for a long time, resulting in the burning of the elevator traction machine and motor. After the elevator has been running for a long time, the oil should be replaced in a timely manner to keep the traction machine fresh and well lubricated. Although the number of elevators is constantly increasing and the workload of elevator maintenance is growing, maintenance units should take elevator maintenance work seriously, strengthen safety inspections and supervision management, prevent accidents, and ensure people's travel safety. This is also the glorious and sacred responsibility of maintenance units.
