Many different types and specifications of circuit boards are used in Tongli Elevator, and Tongli Elevator Company has assigned corresponding labels to them. These labels are in the form of numbers and letters to facilitate people's search. Taking the Tongli 3000 elevator as an example, we will introduce it one by one to help friends improve the maintenance efficiency of Tongli elevators.
The main control circuit board of the elevator, LCECPU board, is divided into several series: 713100G01763640G01773380G02773380G04. 713100G01 is commonly used in early non machine room elevators, but now it is rarely used. 763640G01 is usually used together with an integrated frequency converter placed in the shaft, and the external operation function is operated by a 763600G01. The most commonly used LCECPU circuit board now is 773380G02773380G04. 773380G02 is mostly used for high-speed elevators, while 773380G04 is used for low-speed elevators.
There are two types of boards that can be attached to the LCECPU circuit board. One is a parallel CAN board with serial numbers of 713110G02713110G04. These two types of circuit boards may appear the same on the surface, but in reality, the programs that can be plugged in and unplugged on them are different. It cannot be assumed that simply calling the program will make G02 and G04 boards interchangeable, as this may damage the CPU board! When used universally, it will report a parallel fault. Another type is called KNX circuit board, with the serial number 713130G01. This type of board can be used in a single elevator to unlock it 10000 times after being locked.
The Tongli elevator control cabinet is equipped with a frequency converter, which consists of A1, A2, and A3 circuit boards. The A1, A2, and A3 circuit boards of the V3F16ES frequency converter in early non machine room elevators have serial numbers 713900G01713930G01612012G01. The A1 circuit board is the main control circuit board of the frequency converter, the A2 circuit board is the drive board of the frequency converter, and the A3 circuit board is a brake board. There is also an integrated frequency converter without a computer room, with serial number 769900G01. The serial numbers of the A1, A2, and A3 circuit boards of the V3F25 frequency converter in the small machine room elevator are 781380G01 or 781380G02725800G01725810G01, respectively.
There are also some small circuit boards in the control cabinet, namely power circuit boards 713140G01 to 713140G08, which are equivalent to the switch power supply of other elevators, safety circuit boards 713120G01 and G02. It should be noted that the serial number of the safety circuit board with early door opening function is 713160G01. This board is equipped with four ABB brand relays, which are relatively easy to damage. The function of a relay is to use its contacts to short-circuit the door lock when approaching the door area. If the contacts are damaged, the function of opening the door in advance may fail and a fault may be reported.
There is also a LCEOPT circuit board with serial number 713150G01 or G11 installed in the control cabinet. This circuit board is a multifunctional board used to implement fire protection functions and can also serve as a station clock signal. When this circuit board malfunctions, it will prompt a fault code for the fire protection function, and it will briefly turn off the fire protection function in the menu.
The serial number of the car roof panel installed on Tongli Elevator is 713710G01 or G11. The communication interface board, the leveling switch on the car roof, and some switches are all connected to this circuit board. Currently, there are circuit boards of the 802850G11802890G11 sequence, which are used to replace early car roof panels. The car roof is also equipped with a door control circuit board with serial numbers 602810G02603810G01601810G01. At present, 606810G01 can replace 601810G01. To replace it, two power lines need to be short circuited. The 4th pin of X9 is connected to the 2nd pin of X19, and the 1st pin of X9 is connected to the 3rd pin of X19
There are also several level switches installed on the roof of the elevator. The inorganic room uses cigarette type sensors, commonly known as smoke rod sensors, with code codes of 61U, 30, and 61N. This is a single stable switch, and the single stable switch has a 27 centimeter and 12 centimeter magnetic strip on the guide rail that senses it. There are also two magnetic rods on the roof, 77U and 77N, which are used to forcibly decelerate the elevator and are called deceleration sensors. The corresponding magnetic strip is 8 centimeters stacked together.
The elevator car of Tongli Elevator is equipped with several boards, which are the main board of the car with serial number 713720G01713720G11. When the number of floors exceeds 8, a sub board with serial number 713730G01713730G11 is added. There is an old ladder with a port for inserting button wires, and the middle two feet of the button ports of these two boards need to be hooked up. The car display circuit board is 713560G01, and now 853300G01. The G character on the display board generally represents the display color.
The circuit boards installed in the shaft of Tongli Elevator include FCB boards, commonly known as shaft boards or floor boards, with serial numbers 713700G01 and 713700G11. The circuit board of G11 elevator can be used interchangeably, but the program of G01 sequence is relatively complex and divided into multiple versions, which has poor compatibility. There are several types of call button circuit boards, including square, round, and rectangular ones, but their interfaces are generally the same.
The external display circuit board of Tongli Elevator is divided into the following types: the most commonly used is dot matrix display, with serial number K2416853320G01713550G01853300G01. There is also an 8-character code, with serial number 863190G01863210G02.
After adopting a large number of circuit boards as the control system, Tongli Elevator's performance has been greatly improved and the failure rate has been greatly reduced. However, once an elevator malfunctions, it generally means that a certain circuit board has malfunctioned, and the cost of replacing a new circuit board is relatively expensive.
