Recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Longyan City reported on the credit evaluation of elevator maintenance quality in the city of Longyan in 2018.


It is reported that from February to April this year, Longyan organized the "2018 Longyan Elevator Maintenance Quality Credit Evaluation" in conjunction with on-site inspections of elevator maintenance quality, covering all counties (cities, districts) in Longyan, involving 40 units engaged in elevator maintenance business in Longyan. After investigation, in 2018, the safety situation of elevators in Longyan City remained stable and improved, with no elevator accidents. Complaints about old elevators increased, and some properties such as Meilun Dongjinyuan Phase II, Xiaxin Boshiyuan Phase II, and Longtie Mingyuan had high failure and complaint rates.


According to comprehensive scoring, there are currently 9 A-level, 20 B-level, 4 C-level, and 3 D-level companies in Longyan. Compared with last year, this year there is an increase of 1 A-level, 3 B-level, 3 C-level, and 1 D-level. Among them, there are 9 A-level elevator quality maintenance units, including 5 local companies including Longyan Sheng'an Elevator Co., Ltd., Longyan Jiuchuan Elevator Co., Ltd., Fujian Shanghang Songzhi Elevator Co., Ltd., Fujian Shuangjia Elevator Co., Ltd., Fujian Chuangcheng Technology Co., Ltd., as well as 4 out of town resident companies including Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. Xiamen Branch (Longyan Office), Xiamen Weitu Elevator Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), Xiamen Dongli Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), and Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. Fujian Branch (Longyan Office).


The reporter learned that 10 maintenance units have been exposed by regulatory authorities and are required to complete rectification before June 15th. If they fail to submit on time, the acceptance of new installation, renovation, repair and other related businesses of the maintenance unit will be suspended. The first pass rate of elevator annual inspection for Shanghai Attenborough Elevator Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. is 2.44%; Fujian Lixun Elevator Co., Ltd.: The first pass rate of elevator annual inspection is 64.29%, and the maintenance quality system cannot operate effectively, with incomplete regulations and standards; Fujian Smooth Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd.: The maintenance quality at Wuping maintenance point is out of control, and some maintenance personnel are not proficient in elevator maintenance skills; Thyssen Elevator Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch: The maintenance of Meilun Dongjinyuan Phase II elevators has a high failure rate and complaint rate, incomplete elevator emergency repair records, and incomplete testing instruments; Otis Electromechanical Elevator Co., Ltd. Fuzhou Branch: The maintenance of Xiamen Xinbo Shiyuan Phase II elevators has a high failure rate and complaint rate, incomplete regulations and standards, and incomplete maintenance records of Jinmao Tianma Mingzhu; Guanxin (Xiamen) Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd.: The maintenance of Liandong Longtie Mingyuan Phase II elevators has a high failure rate and complaint rate, and the maintenance records of Liandong Longtie Mingyuan are incomplete and complete; Fujian Ernst&Young Elevator Co., Ltd.: Due to the unskilled maintenance personnel, the regular inspection of elevators cannot be carried out on time, and the maintenance quality of elevators has not been randomly inspected; Fuzhou Yuhong Elevator Co., Ltd.: On site spot checks were conducted on the electric switch of the speed limiter tensioning wheel of Yiheng Property's 4 # elevator, which could not be activated, and the testing instruments were incomplete and complete; Fujian Minrui Elevator Co., Ltd.: The quality assurance system is unable to operate effectively, and daily management of maintenance points is not carried out. The maintenance quality of elevators is not regularly inspected, and emergency rescue drills are not carried out; Foshan Huakai Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd.: The number of maintenance personnel does not match the business being maintained, instruments and equipment are not configured, and fault statistics and analysis reports are not available.


In addition, five maintenance units have been placed under the supervision of "bad credit records" due to their annual inspection pass rate being less than 70% or being rated as D-level. They are Fujian Lixun Elevator Co., Ltd., Thyssen Elevator Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch (Longyan Office), Foshan Huakai Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), Fujian Minrui Elevator Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), and Shanghai Edenburg Elevator Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office).


Another 5 out of town elevator maintenance units have voluntarily withdrawn from the Longyan elevator maintenance market, namely: Foshan Huakai Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), Xiamen Suxun Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), Xiamen Yongdaxin Elevator Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), Xiamen Yongqi Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office), and Shanghai Edenburg Elevator Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Longyan Office).
