1. Familiarize oneself with and implement national policies and regulations related to elevators, develop corresponding management methods based on the actual situation of the unit, continuously improve elevator management work, and inspect and correct violations during elevator use.
2. Familiar with the basic principles, performance, and usage methods of elevators.
3. Supervise elevator operators to conscientiously implement elevator safety management systems and safety operating procedures.
4. Develop regular inspection and maintenance plans for elevators, and supervise their implementation.
5. Responsible for applying for regular supervision and inspection from government departments in accordance with national regulations.
6. According to the employee training system of the unit, organize elevator operators to participate in training courses organized by government departments and organize internal learning.
7. Organize, supervise, and contact relevant department personnel to rectify elevator accident hazards.
8. Responsible for organizing the investigation and analysis of general elevator accidents, and promptly reporting the situation of elevator accidents to government departments.
9. Responsible for establishing and managing elevator technical archives and original record archives.
10. Organize emergency rescue exercises.
