Toshiba Elevator Main Board Operation Instructions
Turn the No. 8 rotary switch on the control cabinet operation board upwards, and it is now in the maintenance status of the computer room. (The 8th torsion switch is in a normal state when facing downwards)
Press and hold the 5th torsion switch (S9) on the motherboard upwards or downwards, and the elevator will run upwards or downwards at maintenance speed.
3、 Fault clearing operation:
The display of EE on the monitor indicates a fault record that needs to be cleared during maintenance, otherwise there will be too many fault records and the protection system will crash. At this time, turn off the main power supply, hold down the 4th button on the motherboard, and then power on. Generally, it can be reset. If it cannot be reset, the fault should be cleared. The method is as follows:
Press key 1 on the motherboard twice to display 00;
Press key 2 on the motherboard n times to display 0E on the monitor;
Press key 3 on the motherboard once to display E0;
Press key 2 on the motherboard once to display E1 on the monitor;
Press key 3 on the motherboard once, then press key 2 once again to display E0;
Press key 2 on the motherboard twice to display E2 on the monitor;
Press key 3 on the motherboard once to display 0E;
Press key 4 on the motherboard to force a return, and the fault clearing operation ends.
Note: The 9th key on the operation board is the fault recording switch. When normal, the switch should be facing upwards. Otherwise, the fault recording will quickly cause a protection crash.
4、 Short circuit safety circuit operation:
When FD is displayed, it indicates that the safety circuit is disconnected. At this time, the safety relay CC is disconnected and the indicator light on the operation board is off. First, check whether the safety circuit power supply fuse 1F1 (the 6th from the left in the lower row behind the control cabinet) is blown; When short circuiting is required for maintenance, please use the following methods:
Short circuit A2-A7 on the operation board: car top emergency stop switch, car interior emergency stop switch, safety clamp switch;
Short circuit A7-A10 on the operation board: upper and lower limit switches, buffer switches, and tension switches;
Short circuit A10-A11 on the operation board: speed limiter switch;
5、 Short circuit door lock circuit operation:
When one of the indicator lights on the operation board goes out, it indicates that the door lock circuit is disconnected. To perform maintenance, please use the following method to short circuit:
A11-HDC short circuit on the operation board: hall door interlock;
HDC-NC short circuit on the operation board: car door interlock;
Short circuit from No. 3 to No. 4 on the operation panel: all hall and car door interlocks are short circuited. (No. 3 and No. 4 must not be short circuited with No. 7!! Otherwise, two to three computer boards will be burned out!!)
6、 Name of the left wiring block inside the control cabinet:
The top is the wiring of the rotary encoder;
B1 and B2 are the wiring of the brake coil;
At the bottom are internal and external wiring options.
