Recently, the owners and representatives of the construction units of Denghulou and Meihu lou on Huxin Street in the urban area presented the banner of "remembering our mission and serving the people wholeheartedly" to the Market Supervision Bureau of Fengze District. The owner representative Chen Yourui said, "These two elevators are related to 72 homeowners. After learning that the problem has been solved, everyone is very happy. Thank you to all departments for their support and help, and to do practical things for the people!"


It is understood that in order to facilitate the passage of homeowners up and down stairs, the Denghulou and Meihulou communities in Huxin Street have installed elevators themselves. However, due to historical difficulties, they have been unable to complete the inspection procedures for many years, which has become a problem for homeowners in the community.


This year, the Market Supervision Administration of Fengze District was established, and the owners, property management, and construction units of the community found the unit. The bureau regards this outstanding issue as a key task in the theme education of "not forgetting the original intention, keeping in mind the mission", "identifying gaps, grasping implementation, solving difficult problems, and solving accumulated problems". It takes the lead in convening representatives of property owners, elevator construction units, elevator installation and maintenance units, and community property companies to discuss elevator related procedures and safety management of elevator operation, supervise relevant responsible parties to fulfill their responsibilities, and jointly do a good job in the work related to elevator installation. At the same time, the bureau also took the initiative to visit planning, urban management and other departments, wrote a written letter to inform them of the installation of elevators, and actively coordinated.


The bureau also coordinated and organized technical inspectors from the Quanzhou branch of the Fujian Provincial Special Inspection Institute to inspect two newly installed elevators in accordance with relevant national regulations. On the basis of the construction unit's rectification of defects, the statutory inspection qualification report and elevator usage label were officially issued on October 31st. At this point, the two elevators of Denghulou and Meihu lou have obtained their identification cards and are officially put into use.

Ensure safe and convenient travel for residents


"Didi Didi..." The continuous sound of horns could not stop the congested traffic. During peak hours of commuting and school commuting, the intersection of Jiaji South Road and Donghai Street (Xinhua section) is congested, with vehicles from different directions intertwined at the intersection, and there are frequent occurrences of preemptive and reverse traffic, posing a hidden danger to people's travel safety. Relieving the increasing traffic pressure on this section has become the most urgent need for residents.


In order to address the urgent needs of residents as soon as possible, the leaders of Donghai Street's hanging point community, combined with the theme education of "not forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind", went down to the front line and conducted multiple on-site investigations with the Party branch secretary of Bincheng Community on the traffic flow and congestion level at the intersection of the branch line, collected public opinion, analyzed and sorted out the difficulties faced by residents, and proposed the suggestion of adding temporary traffic lights to optimize the order of transportation.


After multiple on-site inspections and negotiations with the Fourth Squadron of the Traffic Police Detachment, a joint construction unit in the jurisdiction, the Donghai Street Office and the Bincheng Community Party Branch, the temporary traffic lights added at the intersection of Jiaji South Road and Donghai Street (Xinhua Section) have recently been put into trial operation. The traffic lights illuminate the civilized road of standardized traffic, light up the road of serving the people, reduce safety hazards, and ensure the safe and orderly passage of non motor vehicles, pedestrians, and motor vehicles at intersections.
