Increase publicity efforts and guide the elevator maintenance market towards standardization. Increase publicity efforts for elevator users and maintenance units, so that they can maintain elevators in accordance with national laws and assume their respective safety responsibilities, consciously accept the supervision and management of local special equipment safety supervision departments, and promote the legalization and standardization of the local elevator maintenance market.

Intensify training efforts and regularly provide safety knowledge training to relevant personnel. Hire professional personnel from elevator manufacturers and elevator inspection and testing institutions, regularly conduct elevator professional knowledge learning and safety knowledge training for safety supervision personnel, installation, operation, management, and maintenance personnel in the jurisdiction, improve their safety awareness, and truly prevent accidents before they occur.

Establish a regular reporting system and seek support from relevant higher-level departments. Report the safety inspection of elevators every quarter and any difficulties encountered during work to the local government in a timely manner, and strive for government support; Actively leveraging the power of local news media, regularly disclosing the list of units with serious safety hazards within the jurisdiction to the public, forming a good atmosphere of joint management by the government, departments, and society.
