The acceptance of elevator safety protection must comply with the following regulations:
1. Phase failure or misalignment protection device or function
When any one phase of the three-phase power supply in the control cabinet is disconnected or any two phases are wrongly connected, the protection device or function of the disconnected or wrongly connected phase should prevent dangerous faults from occurring in the elevator.
Note: When the phase mismatch does not affect the normal operation of the elevator, there may be no phase mismatch protection device or function.
2. Short circuit and overload protection devices
Power circuits, control circuits, and safety circuits must have short-circuit protection devices that match the load; The power circuit must have an overload protection device.
3. Speed limiter
The downward sign of the car (counterweight, counterweight) on the speed limiter must match the actual downward direction of the car (counterweight, counterweight). The rated speed and operating speed on the speed limiter nameplate must match the inspected elevator.
4. Safety gear
The safety gear must match its type test certificate.
5. Buffer
The buffer must match its type test certificate.
6. Door lock device
The door lock device must match its type test certificate.
7. Upper and lower limit switches
The upper and lower limit switches must be safety contacts and must operate normally during the action test at the end station position. Action must be taken before the elevator car or counterweight (if any) comes into contact with the buffer, and the buffer must remain in action when fully compressed.
8. The stop devices for the car roof, machine room (if any), pulley room (if any), and pit must operate normally.
