Because the manufacturer of the Tongli 3000 elevator has written a program to lock the elevator 10000 times in the LCECPU40 circuit board D8 chip, which means that every time the elevator starts and runs, the counter in the D8 chip counts. When it reaches 10000 times, it outputs a message prohibiting entry into the debugging menu. This way, personnel from non Tongli elevator manufacturers cannot access elevator related information through the buttons on the LCECPU40 circuit board. If there is a dedicated decoder from Tongli elevator manufacturers, the decoder can be used to solve 10000 elevator lock faults. If there is no decoder, the D8 chip can be replaced to solve 10000 elevator lock faults. The method is as follows:
Turn the maintenance switch 270 in the control cabinet of the Tongli elevator to maintenance mode and turn off the main power supply of the elevator. Remove the D8 chip from the LCECPU40 circuit board and replace it with a new NARAM random access memory chip.
Turn on the elevator power, use the operation button on the LCEEPU to enter menus 1-99, and set the parameters to 2. At this point, the system parameters will be restored to the EPROM default values (when doing this, the elevator must be parked at the bottom, and 77N and 61U must be valid). Use the operation button on the LCECPU to enter menu 5-7 and set the parameters to 1. At this point, the elevator will download the LON protocol (the elevator must be parked at the bottom level and 61U is valid). After the above steps are completed, the elevator must perform self-learning on the shaft setting.
The self-learning method is to park the elevator at the bottom level (61U effective), enter menu 5-2 through the operation button on the LCECPU, set the parameter to 1, and then turn the 270 switch to the normal position. When the LCECPU electronic board beeps twice, the elevator will start self-learning at a slow speed until it reaches the top floor and exceeds the top floor level position before stopping and returning to the top floor level position. At this time, the LCECPU digital tube will flash for about two seconds and beep to indicate that self-learning is complete. The LCECPU digital tube will display the elevator floor at this time (this floor is the number of elevator floors in the system, which may be different from the actual number of floors, because when a single floor height exceeds 5 meters, a fake floor needs to be set. This will work when setting the floor sign in menu 3. Before setting these parameters, it is necessary to know which two floors have fake floors between them), self-learning. After completion, turn the 270 switch to the maintenance position to start parameter setting. The parameters that must be set include menu 1 elevator parameters and 3 floor signs. The specific settings will depend on the actual situation on site. After the parameter setting is completed, the system must be powered off and wait for all indicator lights to turn off before powering on, otherwise the changed parameters will not take effect.
By using the above method, the malfunction of the Tongli 3000 elevator not being able to enter the debugging menu can be repaired without the dedicated decoder provided by the Tongli elevator manufacturer.
