Job requirements:
1. Specializing in mechatronics, electrical, and electronics, engaged in elevator installation or related professional maintenance, with more than 2 years of work experience in elevator maintenance, skilled in technology;
2. Has a proactive and hardworking spirit, capable of handling business trips and assignments;
3. Has a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to coordinate and manage;
4. After passing the interview, a personal health examination qualification form is required for entry.
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the maintenance department manager in dividing maintenance responsibility areas and arranging maintenance tasks reasonably;
2. Supervise and inspect the maintenance work of maintenance personnel, provide technical guidance on the work of maintenance personnel, and be responsible for communicating and coordinating with the manufacturer on difficult problems that arise during maintenance;
3. Collaborate with the maintenance manager to conduct regular inspections of maintenance quality and be responsible for guiding and implementing the rectification of maintenance quality issues;
4. Responsible for providing job training and technical level assessment to maintenance personnel, and assisting elevator manufacturers in conducting maintenance technical training;
5. Assist in the handover and reception of elevators for engineering projects in accordance with relevant regulations;
6. Responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring maintenance quality and timeliness in accordance with relevant maintenance technical specifications, establishing and improving emergency repair ledgers and records, and completing corresponding reports;
7. Participate in major repairs of the project (including leftover and rectification works), and be responsible for solving relevant technical problems and assisting in fund recovery.
