Job requirements:
1. No gender limit, under 40 years old, holding a special elevator operation certificate, continuously engaged in elevator maintenance or related work for more than 1 year;

Job responsibilities:
1. Perform semi monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual maintenance as required, and fill in relevant maintenance records;
2. Promptly and effectively handle elevator issues, and seek technical support from the company in a timely manner when unable to handle them;
3. Obtain elevator accessories that need to be replaced according to management procedures;
4. When the elevator expires for annual inspection, it is necessary to fill out a self inspection report as required, remind users to apply for annual inspection and cooperate with them;
5. Sign maintenance contracts on time and report any abnormalities promptly;
6. Settle maintenance premiums and accessory payments on time, assist in sales and engineering collection of related funds;
7. Complete the work tasks assigned by the company and department.
